Since then, Better Brain Lab has grown into a small, but dynamic team of six with each member bringing their own unique set of skills and creativity to the table and delivery exceptional solutions to businesses around the globe.

In the proposal, the deliverables you’re receiving are clearly laid out. In the contract, these deliverables are owned entirely by you, as you've paid us for them!
We sometimes ask our clients to use the work we've created in promotional material (in this website, for example) though you will always reserve the right to decline that request. We are also happy to sign any confidentiality agreements or NDAs.
We employ different payment terms for different clients. New clients will generally be required to use our escrow payments systems for the first few payments made. The escrow provider will hold onto your payment until the project deliverables have been delivered to and approved by you.
Once we've formed a longstanding relationship, however, we will generally move past the escrow system and invoice you directly for the work completed at the end of each month. While we're flexible, we generally expect most invoices to be paid within a week.
We're happy to provide you with the raw footage, but can't provide you with the project files as our team uses a variety of licensed plugins, assets, and proprietary techniques that make it both difficult to share project files legally.
If you had us develop bumpers and lower thirds, we would provide usable project files so that your graphics package is cohesive across content whether in-house or produced by Better Brain Lab.
We love secrets and are good at keeping them. As mentioned previously, we're happy to sign any NDAs and related documents.
